Dr. Hertzog works wonders with animals. He is very knowledgable in his field and seems like he performs miracles, at times. He has been called all hours of the day and night, and responded immediately. He is capable of treating all types of animlas, domestic, livestock and exotic. He used to be the Veterinarian for the Kansas City Zoo. He is very gentle and loving with the animals, and will ease the pet owner's fears about their pet. He will go into the clinic early mornings, and check back with the other vets, throughout the day on an animal's condition. He even goes into the clinic before church on Sunday mornings, as well. I have to say that he is the best, most caring veterinarian I have ever met, and I have worked with animals well over 60 years. I recommend him to everyone I know, and they are always pleased with him. I have been able to reach him at any hour of the day or evening and gotten information or advice about an ill pet. He is the best!
